Perch El Nido opened its doors to guests in March 2023, welcoming travelers to a private hillside sanctuary overlooking the breathtaking Bacuit Bay Archipelago. Spanning over 3,000 sq.m., the property was originally designed as a family retreat and has since evolved into an ultra-private escape for guests seeking serenity, space, and spectacular sunsets.

The estate features two 2-bedroom villas and four 1-bedroom casitas, accommodating stays for couples, families, or groups of up to 16 guests. Each villa is thoughtfully designed with essential comforts and a warm, understated ambiance. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a shared infinity pool and lounge with panoramic bay views, surrounded by nature and occasional sightings of local wildlife.
